The Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli is located 2 km away from the Tirunelveli New Bus Stand. From New Bus stand you can take an auto(Fare : 20/-) to reach Government College of Engineering.

To reach the College from Railway Station (i.e. Tirunelveli junction), walk straight from the Railway Station Entrance to reach Junction Bus Stand which is directly opposite to the Railway Junction Entrance. From Junction Bus Stand you may reach by bus to Tirunelveli new bus stand (buses are available in 3 minutes interval-takes travelling time of 45 minutes) or by auto to reach our College (auto fare will be approximately Rs. 60/-).

Buses from Railway Junction to New Bus Stand and vice versa are available in 3 minutes interval and they are painted with yellow and green stripes. Palayamkottai is in between new bus stand and railway junction.
